We all do sin. There’s no denying it. We repent and then sin from time to time. This is for the for those sinners who think they are too impure to be forgiven.
Look, there’s no such thing as “too impure to be forgiven”. If anything, those are whispers of Shaytaan. Your sins aren’t bigger than Allah’s mercy. Please always remember that.
Imagine, on the day of judgement Allah telling you “ I was always ready to forgive you but you never asked for forgiveness.”
Would you want that? No right?
No matter how many sins we’ve done. We’re not allowed to lose hope.
Say: "O 'Ibadi (My slaves) who have transgressed against themselves (by committing evil deeds and sins)! Despair not of the Mercy of Allah, verily Allah forgives all sins. Truly, He is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful. Quran(39:53).
Whenever you feel hopeless, remind your heart this ayah. Read it often and remember no matter how many sins you’ve committed, Allah always forgives you. You have to believe in his Mercy. It’s never too late.
We aren’t perfect. We all sin. Look at the following hadith:
Anas ibn Malik reported: The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “All of the children of Adam are sinners, and the best sinners are those who repent.”
Source: Sunan al-Tirmidhī 2499.
So don’t lose hope. Don’t let shaytaan’s whispers stop you from turning back to Ar-Rahman. Repent no matter how many times you’ve broke your promises. Turn to him over and over. Indeed he forgives all sins.
Wait. This just doesn’t end here. Lets see how much Allah loves those who ask for forgiveness
Repentance is beloved to Allah. Prophet (peace and blessing of Allah be upon him) said: “By the One in Whose hand is my soul, if you did not commit sin, Allah would replace you with people who would commit sir and then pray for forgiveness” Narrated by Muslim, 2749.
Quran [5:74] So will they not repent to Allah and seek his forgiveness? And Allah is Forgiving and Merciful.
Repentance is indeed a blessing from Allah. If there was no such blessing, what would we do after making a mistake? Alhamdulillah for this blessing. May Allah forgive all our sins. Ameen.
